OPEN POSITION: SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, goal-driven marketing manager with proven sales expertise to lead our sales and market development strategy, generate sales, conduct market analysis and represent our brand in the agriculture sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Steward Sales and Marketing Activities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product awareness and market development.

• Generate and Fulfil Orders: Engage clients, process orders, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct Market Analysis: Analyse market trends to provide insight into product market development.

• Represent the Company: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing forums to promote our products and build brand recognition.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

• Identify new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in selling agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pest control products, etc.).

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Valid Driving License and willingness to travel extensively.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Candidate with prior experience in sales and marketing of organic inputs are highly encouraged to apply.
